M&M Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 whole egg
- 3 tbsp liquid egg whites (46 grams)
- 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt (112 grams)
- 3 tbsp Valentine's M&Ms (30 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the yogurt, whole egg and liquid egg whites into a large mixing bowl (I used a KitchenAid).
- Mix until combined. Add in the yellow cake mix and combine. Fold in the M&Ms with a rubber spatula. The batter will be sticky.
- Using a small cookie scooper, place the batter onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, 1 inch apart. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
