Extra Cheesy Buffalo Crunch Wrap

If you have not made a crunch wrap yet you are seriously missing out! This extra cheesy buffalo crunch wrap is the perfect throw-together lunch, it is high in protein, cheesy, and a must-make for all buffalo chicken lovers!

If you are not familiar with a crunch wrap, it is a tortilla, warmed on both sides, just enough to get crispy, stuffed with cheesy deliciousness. Taco Bell is most famous for what they call their Crunch Wrap Supreme!

Ingredients needed for the extra cheesy buffalo chicken crunch wrap:
  • 1 Cut Da Carb Wrap
  • 4 oz deli turkey or crock-pot pulled chicken
  • 1 slice of fat-free American cheese
  • Frank’s hot sauce (I usually drizzle it inside but forgot this time)
  • 2 – 4 tbsp whipped cottage cheese, I used Hood brand
Instructions:
  1. Lay your flatbread flat, spread with cottage cheese, and top with cheese slice, turkey, and hot sauce
  2. Fold up and place seam down into a pan, cover with foil and press down (I like to use this mini cast iron skillet)
  3. Flip once browned 
  4. Slice and enjoy!

I would not suggest meal prepping a crunch wrap, it will very likely get soggy. This recipe would be perfect if you had the time to make it at work or if you work from home! It only takes a few minutes to put together.
