Easy Guacamole

Easy Guacamole

It is no argument, guacamole is delicious, but after sitting out it turns brown and it just does not taste as good. Luckily, this easy guacamole is probably the easiest recipe you will ever make and takes under 5 minutes to whip together. So, whenever you want some guacamole you can make this fresh instead of pulling some brown guac out of the fridge because it is single-serving!

easy guacamole

When I say this is the easiest guacamole you will ever make I am not joking. I have been making it every day with my lunch and it is the perfect side! If you want another recommendation, make sure you make some Cut Da Carb chips for dipping, I explain how to make them below.

Ingredients needed for the easy guacamole:
  • Mini Avocado: These are the perfect size for the single-serve guac, you do not have to just use half, you can use the entire thing so it’s perfectly fresh! I get these at Trader Joe’s and Wegmans
  • Lime Juice: Fresh lime juice is best, but I have used the bottled lime juice or even the lime packets before and it is still yummy!
  • Fresh Gound Pink Salt and Pepper: This is essential! It gives the guac great flavor! If you do not have salt and pepper grinders normal table salt and pepper will also be fine.
  • Air Fried Cut Da Carb Chips: These are my favorite for dipping, but if you do not have any cut da carb flatbreads, lavash chips would also be really good.

How do you make the Cut Da Carb Air Fried Chips?
  1. Start by cutting up your flatbread into 16 rectangles
  2. Evenly spread in the bottom of your air fryer and spray with cooking spray
  3. Top with ground pink salt
  4. Air fry at 350 for 7-8 minutes
  5. Serve with guac and enjoy
What if you do not have any Cut Da Carb flatbreads?

If you do not have any Cut Da Carb flatbreads you can order them online here. But if you want to try it right away you can really dip anything you want, tortilla chips, plantain chips, lavash chips, pita chips.. it will all taste great!

What can you dip in guacamole?

My favorite thing to pair with this easy guacamole is Cut Da Carb chips because the macros are great for a ton of chips. But if you do not have any of these here are some other ideas:

  • Rice Crackers
  • Pita Chips
  • Lavash Chips
  • Plantain Chips
  • Everything Bagel Chips
  • Pretzels
  • Carrots or Cucumber
Is guacamole low in calories?

It depends, avocados are a fat so they are more calorically dense than say a carb, however, they are filled with nutrients. If you have one mini avocado it is about 160 calories, which is not a lot!!

Are avocados healthy for you?

Yes, avocados are very healthy for you. To begin, they are a fat so they are great for your brain, they are also filled with fiber and omega 3 fatty acids!

How many ingredients do you need for this recipe?

As stated, this is a super easy guacamole recipe, you only need 2 ingredients, and there are only three steps in making it!

What if you do not have mini avocados?

If you do not have the mini avocados or you can’t find them, then you can use half of a normal-sized avocado, the macros will be a little different and you will likely not have as much guac as you would by using one small mini avocado.
