A few ways you can enjoy these mini, high-protein, pancake bites:
  • Just as they are
  • Warm them up in the microwave
  • Drizzle with honey and American Dream Nut Butter
  • Top with melted butter and maple syrup

As I said above, they are great for on the go, but at only 97 calories per serving you will likely want to pair these with something, some of my suggestions:

  • Fruit; berries or a banana
  • Greek Yogurt, my favorite is Chobani Zero or Light and Fit
  • If you are not on the go these would be great on the side of some scrambled eggs, if you are on the go pair these with 1-2 hard-boiled eggs for a nice protein-rich breakfast

What’s the difference between pancakes and crepes?

Crepes are basically like a flat pancake, they do not use any leaving agents, pancakes do. They are both good for different things, crepes are great to top with Nutella and roll up, and pancakes are fluffy and delicious topped with some butter and syrup.

    1. If you are eating them the same week as preparing them, you can keep them in the fridge! Otherwise, I would freeze them!
