If you need an easy, delicious, and high-protein lunch idea you are in the right place. This chipotle crunch wrap is the perfect recipe for 27 grams of protein and 15 minutes of prep time I promise you are going to love it.
Not to toot my own horn but this is probably one of the best crunch wraps I have ever made. With that being said it is a bit spicey so if you hate spice you may want to make a few swaps. Nonetheless, this is a great, low-fat, and low-carb lunch.
My favorite wraps to make crunch wraps with are Cut Da Carb wraps, I usually buy 4 packs at a time and freeze them until I use them. You have to make sure they are sealed otherwise they will dry out. Another tip is to make sure you add the ingredients and wrap it quickly, if you allow the toppings to sit too long on the wrap it will get too moist and rip upon wrapping!
What you need:
- 1 cut da carb wrap
- 4 oz deli turkey
- 1 pepper jack laughing cow wedge
- 1 tbsp chipotle creme (1 cup of Non-Fat plain Greek yogurt + 2 chipotle peppers and 1 tbsp of adobo sauce, the recipe is here)
- Green onion
- 1 mini sweet pepper, sliced
- Butter lettuce

Storage:
I do not recommend making this wrap ahead of time, the juices will make it soggy and it was a mess. Prep this right as you eat it for a perfect low carb lunch or dinner!
