Hear me out, this entire pint of ice cream is only 276 calories, and 32.5 grams of protein… it’s filled with chocolate fudge, peanut butter cups, and cashew butter, it’s a dream come true!

Equipment needed:

I made this recipe using the Ninja Creami, I got this as a gift for my birthday in August, and this is my first time using it. As far as I can say it is 100 percent worth the purchase. Both Costco and Walmart have it, and for what it can do it is not all that expensive… I highly recommend especially because you can create low-calorie ice cream!

Moose tracks ice cream ingredients:

  • 1 Vanilla Fairlife Nutrition plan shake, any protein shake will work
  • 1 tbsp chocolate sugar-free pudding
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream cheese
  • ½ tbsp Vanilla Sugar-Free Torani syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp American Dream Moose Tracks Cashew Butter

Light moose tracks ice cream instructions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients, except for the cashew butter into the Ninja Creami container. Place a lid and freeze it for 24 hours.
  2. Blend on “light ice cream mode”. Once blended carve out a core into the center of the ice cream and place the cashew butter in. Press “mix-ins”
  3. Top with more hot fudge, and chopped Reese’s cups if you wish!

I know it is winter but there is nothing wrong with enjoying some ice cream, especially relaxing in bed with some fuzzy socks, I promise you will love this!

Ice cream storage:

I have to say there is likely no storage necessary since the entire pint is one serving, but if you want to only have half you can store the rest in the freezer for a few days. Anything longer than 5 days may lose its creaminess and become icy.

What toppings can you add to moose tracks ice cream?

Ice cream topping ideas are endless. To coincide with the moose tracks ice cream ingredients I like to top this with more cashew butter, chopped up Reese’s cups, and if I am feeling spunky some hot fudge or whipped cream. Other ideas:

  • Mini M&Ms
  • Oreo Thins
  • Caramel sauce
  • Chocolate or rainbow sprinkles
  • Mini peanut butter cups
  • Brownie or cookie dough bites
  • Peanut M&Ms
What is Fairlife ice cream?

Fairlife ice cream is high-protein ice cream. Because the shakes are like milk it is easy to use them as a sub but adds more protein to your ice cream and still ensure it is creamy and delicious. This Ninja Creami makes it easy to get this done, but if you do not have one you can try using a high-speed blender!
