This healthier version of this classic soup has been transformed into a bake packed with protein! Don’t worry there is still a lot of cheese involved. The best part is, it is so easy, and super quick to make.

Let’s talk French onion soup a little more. As a child I loved French onion soup, I would always order it when I was out to eat, along with some mac and cheese or nachos (of course). French onion soup alone is good enough for me, but with the addition of bread and cheese what can go wrong? Well, sadly, this recipe does not have bread, but as I said, it DOES, have cheese.
