I am not sure what it is, it may just be me being in the holiday feels, but the Lifetime and Hallmark movies, no matter how terrible the acting is, just make me so happy! I also can rewatch the Christmas classics 500 times and not get tired of them. My favorite Christmas movies are; Elf, Santa Clause (all of them lol), and of course THE GRINCH! I have such a soft spot for that fuzzy, green man, and this green Grinch popcorn pairs perfectly!

Before I get into the details, I just have to give a shoutout to the Target holiday snack mixes.. They are next level, and honestly, this snack mix is just as good, if not better because it’s green 😉

If you want the popcorn to be even more green you can coat the entire popcorn in the green chocolate, however, this recipe uses LesserEvil’s Matcha popcorn so it is already naturally green, which is why it is the best ingredient!
