Cupcakes with a swirl of both vanilla and chocolate. The ultimate chocolate vanilla marble cupcakes topped with delicious frosting!
What a better time to bring all colors together! I did not have many political intentions when making these cupcakes but I think it sets the perfect tone. I love a perfect combination of vanilla and chocolate, then you do not have to choose one over the other!

What You Will Need For The Chocolate Vanilla Marble Cupcakes:
- Oat flour
- Cake batter extract (vanilla will work too)
- 1 whole egg
- Liquid egg whites
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Vanilla Protein Powder
- Unsweetened Applesauce
- Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Mix
- Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- Vanilla Frosting
- Chocolate Frosting
Here Is What You Are Going To Do To Make The Marble Cupcakes:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line or grease 12 cupcake tins
- Using a large kitchen mixer combine the wet ingredients: egg, egg whites, applesauce, cake batter extract
- In a separate bowl combine the oat flour, vanilla protein powder, baking soda, baking powder
- Add these dry ingredients into the wet and mix
- When everything is combined use a spoon to take out 1/2 of the mixture and place it into a separate bowl.
- Add the cocoa powder and the chocolate pudding powder into the ? mixture and combine
- Add the vanilla pudding powder into the ? mixture and combine
- Separate the chocolate batter into the 12 cupcake tins
- Dollop the vanilla mixture onto the top of the 12 chocolate cupcakes
- Using a toothpick swirl the vanilla into the chocolate and make some pretty art!!
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Let the cupcakes cool
- Use the same swirl technique with the frosting, you can do a layer of vanilla and a chocolate swirl OR a layer of chocolate and a vanilla swirl, whichever you prefer. I use 10 grams of one and 3 grams for the swirl.
- Enjoy the heck out of them!!!

- 60 grams Oat flour
- 1 tsp Cake batter extract vanilla will work too
- 1 whole egg
- 100 grams Liquid egg whites
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 29 grams Vanilla Protein Powder I used Pescience
- 100 grams Unsweetened Applesauce
