2-Ingredient Pizza Dough

The 2-ingredient pizza dough is so chewy, amazing, and easy to make. Typically, making a pizza dough requires a lot of time, allowing the yeast to rise, handling the dough, it is a lot of work!

This recipe is only two ingredients, and while it does require some kneading, there is no wait time at all!

This recipe is super fun to make and makes a perfect activity for a date night! You and your partner can create your own personal pie and add whatever toppings you want!

Super calorie friendly, and you would never even know!

Ingredients for the 2-ingredient pizza dough:
  • 113 grams nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 60 grams Self rising flour (or make your own with 3/4 tsp of baking powder and 1/8-1/4 tsp of salt to 60 grams of all purpose flour)
  • 5 more grams of flour for rolling it out – this is necessary otherwise it will stick
How to make the 2-ingredient pizza dough:
  • Combine all ingredients and roll into a ball and knead for 30 seconds
  • Flour a clean, flat, surface and use a floured rolling pin and roll it out as best you can
  • This will take some trial and error, the dough will likely be sticker than your typical pizza dough. You may need to add more flour to counteract this
  • Once the dough is rolled out, place it on a pizza pan. These pans make a huge difference
  • Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and add your desired toppings and bake for 20 more minutes
Note- If you count your macros the amount of flour used may vary. I typically try to add as little as possible to make it as low calorie as possible!

2-ingredients pizza dough topping ideas:

Marinara Sauce, Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh Basil, and Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese: This is my favorite way to make it! A classic pizza if you want to call it, or margherita of some sort!

Buffalo Chicken Pizza: Top the dough with a laughing cow wedge, fat free cheddar cheese, shredded chicken,  , and frank’s red sauce. Yum!!

Chicken Bacon Ranch: Bolthouse farms dressing, fat free mozzarella, shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and some sliced scallions.

White Pizza: Top the baked crust with fat free ricotta cheese, fat free mozzarella, and fresh basil

Dessert Pizza: Bake the crust for a while longer, about 15-20 minutes.  Top with fat free vanilla greek yogurt, sliced berries, sliced almonds, and a sliver of honey! No need to bake it again after adding the sweet toppings.
