- Ground thyme
- Ground sage
- Fresh rosemary
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh spinach

- In a food processor, chop up the spinach.
- In a bowl combine the ground beef, chopped spinach, fresh parsley, rosemary, sage, and thyme.
- Using your hands to combine the beef and spices, divide the mixture into 8 patties.
- Place them on a large, sprayed cooking pan.
- Cover and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes.
- Remove the lid, flip the patties and brown them on both sides.
