Summer and s’mores, talk about a perfect combination. This s’mores pie is simple, perfect for a summer barbecue, and super delicious. I promise this pie is a hit! I even served this pie with some ice cream on the side for a perfect toasty and cool combination.

Layered with a buttery graham cracker crust, a delicious chocolate spread, toasted marshmallows and chocolate chips this pie is a hit! I even served this pie with some ice cream on the side for a perfect toasty and cool combination.?

If you are not sure what to bring to your next summer barbecue look no further this is the perfect recipe! I used Cocoa Bar in a Jar for the chocolate layer. I highly recommend this.. it is to die for! However, if you do not have this spread you can melt chocolate chips with a small amount of oil and spread it over the graham cracker crust.

How to make the simple s’mores pie:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease a 9×13 pan with cooking spray
  3. Melt the butter in a large microwave safe bowl (30-40 seconds) be careful the butter will melt quickly
  4. Add the graham cracker crumbs and stir together with a fork
  5. Once the crust is combined, use a rubber spatula to press down the crust into the baking dish
  6. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, or until golden brown
  7. If your Cocoa Bar In A Jar is solid you are going to want to microwave it for a small amount of time so that is easy to spread over the crust
  8. Once the crust is done, use a rubber spatula to spread the cocoa bar over the crust
  9. Now you can add the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips
  10. If you are serving right away, broil the pie for 1-2 minutes, keep a close eye on this, it is easy to over do the marshmallows and then they will burn!!
  11. If you are not serving right away cover and store in a dark space until ready to broil and serve!
  12. Serve aside ice cream if you desire!
  13. Enjoy!!

  • 95 grams Graham cracker crumbs
  • 65 grams Butter
  • 200 grams Cocoa Bar in a Jar two thirds of a jar
  • 205 grams Mini Marshmallows a whole bag of mini marshmallows
  • 25 grams Milk Chocolate Chips
