I have been working on this for a long time knowing that just a set of macro numbers will not be enough guidance for most, however, I know there are different levels of experience when it comes to tracking macros so I wanted to create three offers that would be suitable for everyone. If I have been tracking macros for years but just want more guidance is this for me?
Yes, this is still perfect for you. You have the option to purchase just a one-time assessment or get both the meal-planning guide and the macro assessment.
I have dietary restrictions, are there gluten-free, vegetarian and dairy-free recipes?
Yes, there are 11 gluten-free recipes, 8 vegetarian, and 5 dairy-free recipes.
What if I don’t track macros?
You have the option of receiving custom portions that will fit within your goals, for example, 4 palm-sized portions of protein a day, no weighing or app tracking necessary!
What’s the difference between this and coaching?
