- Start by toasting your protein bread
- Take the avocado half and mash it up with a fork, add salt and pepper
- Add the greek yogurt, and mix well
- Top your avo toast with the spread and sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning
- If you want, prepare an over-easy egg on the side for even more protein I highly recommend it!
