To begin, I noted a bit on my Instagram story how I am on the journey to rebalance my hormones. Aside from making a few changes to my daily life, I am reading, Beyond the Pill, a super great book by Dr. Jolene Brighten. One of the main points made in the book is focusing on nutrition and the things you put into your body, so of course I wanted to try one of the recipes from the book!

If you are familiar with this recipe you will see that I made a few minor changes, I also added a side of rice. The book notes on reducing grain intake during the detox period so the rice is an optional addition.
