Jello Yogurt Bowl

The jello yogurt bowl is a staple around here. The perfect base , and it sounds weird, I know. But, trust me, it’s amazing!

Sometimes the best desserts start with a simple base and end with a ton of toppings! The best part about this recipe is that you can add whatever you feel like to the base for that day, or whatever fits your macros. I like to add a salty sweet combo. Some of my favorite additions are mini chocolate chips, itty bitty mini pretzels, and oreo thins, and pro-dough.

The base is super simple! It is just Vanilla non-fat greek yogurt, my favorite is light and fit, mixed with one sugar free jello cup. I prefer strawberry jello out of all of the flavors, orange is good as well if you are into creamsicles! I always buy the pre-made jello cups, you can buy the box and make it yourself if you are into that.. just more work, but more cost effective!

Jello Yogurt Bowl Ingredients:
  • Vanilla Non Fat Light and Fit Greek Yogurt
  • Sugar Free Strawberry Jello Cup
How to make the Jello Yogurt Bowl:
  1. Add the yogurt into a medium sized bowl.
  2. Add the jello cup into the bowl, and with a rubber spatula, chop the jello and stir together until it is fully combined with the yogurt. There should be clumps in jello in the base
  3. Add whatever toppings you wish!

Once you have the base, now is your chance to get creative with it! Add whatever toppings you want or just eat it plain! I usually switch up my toppings but I tend to always add strawberries.

Some other topping ideas:

The base itself is high protein, low carb, and 0 grams of fat! This particular serving yields about 15 grams of protein per serving, if you want more or less protein than just adjust the amount of yogurt used!
