Ground Turkey Stroganoff

This ground turkey stroganoff takes a classic, family favorite, and turns it into a delicious, healthy recipe. This recipe is filled with real, whole foods and no condensed soups or high sodium products.

This recipe actually comes from my sister who is an amazing cook. She made this one time and sent me home with a few containers and I have loved it ever since. She has an Instagram profile where she posts a lot of delicious recipes including this one. You can find her page here.

The ground turkey used in this recipe makes it quite easy to prepare as well. I used coconut milk rather than heavy cream, you can also sub in fat free greek yogurt, or fat free sour cream.

I love adding rotini noodles to this dish, they are fun and beautify this dish a bit. You can also use penne pasta or linguini noodles.

Once you get your hands on this recipe you will never know it does not contain all the creamy, cheesy, processed ingredients that make it taste so yummy!
