This 3 ingredient yogurt pie is the perfect sweet treat. It is easy to make, high in protein, and is a single serving so you do not have to share this creamy pie.
I was trying to come up with a fun, Valentine’s recipe, but the items I originally wanted were not at the grocery store. As soon as I saw the mini graham cracker crusts I knew I had to make something with them. The best part about this recipe is that it requires no baking so you can put it together in 5 minutes’ time!
I really enjoy greek yogurt because of the flavor, texture, and protein count. But you should know, this recipe is open to interpretation. Change the base, change the toppings, use regular yogurt, or strawberry yogurt, and make it yours!
If you do not love the yogurt flavor and want to try to make this more of a mini cheesecake, mix plain yogurt, with a bit of whipped cream cheese, add a small amount of stevia, top it with fresh fruit and you are all set!
Ingredients:
- 1 mini pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 vanilla Greek yogurt, I use Light&Fit, or Aldi’s protein yogurt (150 grams)
- Chocolate whipped cream, I got this from Aldi
- Fresh berries *optional
Instructions:
- Remove one mini graham cracker crust from the package
- Using a mini rubber spatula, scoop the yogurt cup into the pie, smooth the top
- Spray the chocolate whipped cream on top of the pie and finish off with raspberries or any fresh fruit of your choice
