It is no argument, guacamole is delicious, but after sitting out it turns brown and it just does not taste as good. Luckily, this easy guacamole is probably the easiest recipe you will ever make and takes under 5 minutes to whip together. So, whenever you want some guacamole you can make this fresh instead of pulling some brown guac out of the fridge because it is single-serving!
When I say this is the easiest guacamole you will ever make I am not joking. I have been making it every day with my lunch and it is the perfect side! If you want another recommendation, make sure you make some Cut Da Carb chips for dipping, I explain how to make them below.
Ingredients needed for the easy guacamole:
- Mini Avocado: These are the perfect size for the single-serve guac, you do not have to just use half, you can use the entire thing so it’s perfectly fresh! I get these at Trader Joe’s and Wegmans
- Lime Juice: Fresh lime juice is best, but I have used the bottled lime juice or even the lime packets before and it is still yummy!
- Fresh Gound Pink Salt and Pepper: This is essential! It gives the guac great flavor! If you do not have salt and pepper grinders normal table salt and pepper will also be fine.
- Air Fried Cut Da Carb Chips: These are my favorite for dipping, but if you do not have any cut da carb flatbreads, lavash chips would also be really good.
