Triple layer pudding pie, layered with vanilla, butterscotch and chocolate pudding. Completed with a buttery, graham cracker crust. Delicious, easy to make, and low in sugar!
Pudding pie deserves to be lined up in the array of thanksgiving desserts, although it can never replace apple or pumpkin pie it is certainly tasty!
This triple layer pudding pie was SO easy to make. I used Simply Delish instant pudding mix, a great company with all natural, sugar free pudding and jello mixes! With the flavors of sweet vanilla, butterscotch, and chocolate, it is the perfect combination topped off with some fat free cool whip or whipped cream!
Since this recipe uses instant pudding mix, it also provided instant gratification and deliciousness! To make the pudding all you have to do is whisk it with skim milk for about two minutes until it thickens!
