My mixed berry ice cream sandwiches are SO easy to make and they are delicious. Plus they use my fave @purefinshop CBAa oil.

Each ice cream sandwich is 130 calories, 4.4 grams of fat, 22.5 grams of carbs, 1.1 gram of protein, and only 3 grams of sugar. For easy logging search HNFit Mixed Berry Ice Cream Sandwiches in My Fitness Pal.

how to handle food guilt?
Reminds yourself that sometimes the memories are more important

Ask yourself, do you create rules around that food? There may be a reason why you overate

Remind yourself that no foods are ‘good or bad’, some may just be easier to overeat

Importantly, one meal is not going to make or break your progress, so do not dwell on it or make yourself feel bad with multiple mirror checks

Learn from it and move on, do not restrict
