When I find something I love, I love it to the fullest. By that I mean I play the song on repeat, or make the meal as much as I can. Most of the time I will get tired of listening to the same song, but when it comes to food, I tend to never get tired of my favorites. The deli turkey crunch wrap is one of my all time favorites that I have on repeat for lunch quite often. It never gets old to me!
What you need for the deli turkey crunch wrap:
- 1 Cut Da Carb Flatbread (these are the best!!)
- Deli Turkey slice thin, I love to get Dietz & Watson honey roasted or maple honey turkey
- Light Laughing Cow Wedge
- Chopped romaine lettuce or arugula
- Sliced pickles (optional)
If you want you can also add things like turkey bacon or avocado, I add these things on occasion but the ingredients above are my go-tos
If you are not familiar with the shape of a crunch wrap, go look it up now, or click here.. This is important to know when it comes to assembling the wrap!
So when it comes to assembling the deli turkey crunch wrap, it is really simple:
- Start by laying out your cut da carb flatbread on a flat surface
- Spread your laughing cow wedge in the center of the wrap, not over the entire thing
- Layer your turkey, and chopped lettuce and pickles in the center of the wrap
- Now fold the bottom and top layers in, and go around the wrap so enclose all of the food inside, it will be a rounded shape and takes around 6 folds in total.. Be careful not to rip the flatbread
- Flip over and slice in half
- If you want to you can warm it up but I prefer it cold since it has the pickles and lettuce in it
- Enjoy!
Some non-negotiables for me are having Buffalo Flex Popcorner Chips on the side and a seltzer. The best meal ever! I am telling you. I hope you give it a try.
