Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 700 grams Chicken Breast (3-4 large chicken breasts!
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 200 mL Frank’s Red Hot Sauce about 1 cup
  • ¼ cup of Water
  • 1 tbsp Ranch Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to the crock pot, chicken, ranch seasoning, chicken, cream cheese, water, chopped onion
  • Set to low to cook for 4 hours
  • Shred chicken with a fork, this should be easy
  • If tracking weigh entire recipe
  • Add this as the number of servings
  • Log and ENJOY
