- Start with one pound of ground turkey and divide into four patties. Place the patties into a heated frying pan that has been sprayed with 0 calorie cooking spray. Once the patties are in the pan, add a little water to increase the moisture of the burgers and smash them down using the back of the spatula.
- Cook the burgers completely through to your liking and remove from eat. Add your smashed burger to the English muffin and top with a slice of cheese.
- In your pan, add the eggs and cook to your liking – for this recipe, I suggest over easy because the yolk becomes a delicious dipping sauce, but that’s not for everyone.
- When your egg is cooked, add to your burger stack and finish it off with a slice of bacon and the top half of the English muffin
