Ingredients
  

  • 4 buns 100 Calorie English Muffins
  • 1 lb 99% Lean Ground Turkey
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Slices Pre-Cooked Bacon
  • 4 Slices Velveeta Sliced Cheese

Method
 

  1. Start with one pound of ground turkey and divide into four patties. Place the patties into a heated frying pan that has been sprayed with 0 calorie cooking spray. Once the patties are in the pan, add a little water to increase the moisture of the burgers and smash them down using the back of the spatula.
  2. Cook the burgers completely through to your liking and remove from eat. Add your smashed burger to the English muffin and top with a slice of cheese.
  3. In your pan, add the eggs and cook to your liking – for this recipe, I suggest over easy because the yolk becomes a delicious dipping sauce, but that’s not for everyone.
  4. When your egg is cooked, add to your burger stack and finish it off with a slice of bacon and the top half of the English muffin
