Chewy Granola Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein powder 31 grams
  • 120 grams Rolled Oats or 1 1/2 cups
  • 50 mL Maple Syrup
  • 30 grams Almond Butter(any nut butter will work) around 2 tablespoons
  • 14 grams Mini Chocolate Chips 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees! And line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mix together all of the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, and combine WELL! You may have to use a fork or even your hands at some point.
  • Press the mixture down into the baking dish.
  • Bake for 5 minutes, cover and bake for 5 more minutes.
  • Let the bars cool for a few minutes then press the chocolate chips into them and place the dish into the freezer.
  • After an hour or so you can take them out and break them up into mini or big bites! Some sections may be more crumbly than others.
  • Enjoy however you would like!!
