Ingredients
  

Brownie Layer

  • 320 grams Kodiak Cake Protein Packed Brownie Mix
  • 28 grams light butter melted
  • 46 grams liquid egg whites
  • 4 tbs water

Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 210 grams Non Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 31 grams Pescience Gourmet Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Grease a 8x9 baking dish / pan and line with parchment paper
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix together the brownie ingredients and pour into the baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes.
  • While the brownies bake use a kitchen aid or hand mixer to blend together the cheesecake ingredients.
  • After the brownies have finished baking use a rubber spatula to spread the cheesecake mixture over the top.
  • Bake for 15 more minutes.
  • Let cool completely and freeze for 2 hours.
  • Once it is cooled slice it into 9 squares :)
  • Keep stored in the refrigerator
