Cookies & Cream Healthy Scotcheroos

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups Rice Krispie Cereal – Cookies & Crème
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Granular Sugar
  • 168 grams American Dream Nut Butter - I Dream of Cookies & Cream Cashew Butter
  • 1/2 cup Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
  • 75 grams Lily’s Cookies and Crème White Chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Start by measuring out the cashew butter, sugar and pancake syrup in a small saucepan. Place on heat and stir until well combined on the stovetop. This may be melted through in the microwave, too!
  • In a large bowl, measure out the cereal. Slowly pour cashew butter mixture over top and mix.
  • Place the krispie treats in a well-greased 9x9 pan.
  • Lastly, add the Lily chocolate to a small bowl and microwave or heat over the stovetop until melted through. If you’re using the microwave, remember to melt in 15-20 second increments to avoid scorching or hardening the chocolate.
  • Once melted, drizzle over the treats and place in the fridge for a quick set up!
