Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Large Pasta Shells
  • 1 package Lean Ground Beef - 93/7 521 grams
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Mild Chunky Salsa
  • 1/2 medium Yellow onion
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mexican Cheese 170 grams
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Start by cooking the pasta by placing it in a pot of boiling water
  • Finely chop the onion
  • Brown the beef in a large pan, when fully cooked, add in the chopped onion and garlic
  • Add the taco seasoning, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper
  • Add ¾ cup of water, stir, and cook until water is absorbed
  • Add the pasta to the pan, add the salsa and cheese, stir and combine
  • Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips
  • OR store for the week
