Cheesy Hamburger Mac

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Lean Ground Beef
  • 5 ounces Rotini or Spiral Pasta
  • 430 mL Skim Milk 2 cups
  • 1 3/4 cup Water
  • 130 grams Shredded Fat Free Cheese 1 1/4 cup
  • 140 grams Onion 1/2 an onion
  • 21 grams Flour 2 tbsp
  • 45 gram Tomato Paste 3 tbsp
  • 10 grams Better Than Bouillon Beef Base
  • 1 tsp Cane Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • To begin, finely chop the onion
  • Spray a pan with cooking spray and cook the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through
  • Now add the chopped onion and cook until translucent
  • Now, stir in the beef bouillon, 1 and ¾ cups of water, and the milk
  • Now add the tomato paste, spices, and flour
  • Bring everything to a boil and add in the pasta
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese and then remove from the pan
  • Serve right away or save up for the week for some meal prep
  • This recipe yields 5-6 delicious servings!
