Easy Classic Meatloaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Lean ground beef I used 95/5
  • 40 grams Bread crumbs unseasoned
  • 1 whole egg
  • 100 mL Tomato soup or any red sauce
  • 10 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 40 grams Finely chopped raw onion or 1-2 tablespoon dried onion
  • Garlic powder
  • dried parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • If you are using raw onion, finely chop about half of the onion
  • In a large bowl combine the beef, bread crumbs, whole egg, parmesan cheese, onion, and spices.
  • Using your hands, combine everything together
  • Shape the meatloaf into a small rounded loaf
  • In a baking dish, spoon some of the tomato soup onto the bottom of the dish, place the meatloaf on top, and spoon more tomato soup on top
  • Cover and bake for 40 minutes
  • While the meatloaf is baking you can prepare you sides
  • After the meatloaf is finished cooking take out and let cool!
  • Slice and portion the meatloaf, top with more sauce, prep for the week or enjoy then and there!
