Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
If you are using raw onion, finely chop about half of the onion
In a large bowl combine the beef, bread crumbs, whole egg, parmesan cheese, onion, and spices.
Using your hands, combine everything together
Shape the meatloaf into a small rounded loaf
In a baking dish, spoon some of the tomato soup onto the bottom of the dish, place the meatloaf on top, and spoon more tomato soup on top
Cover and bake for 40 minutes
While the meatloaf is baking you can prepare you sides
After the meatloaf is finished cooking take out and let cool!
Slice and portion the meatloaf, top with more sauce, prep for the week or enjoy then and there!
