Easy Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz Pasta of your choice I used a combination of a few
  • 185 grams Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 105 grams Bell Pepper
  • 60 grams Onion
  • 300 grams Zucchini
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard 5 grams
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp Oregano
  • 15 ml Red Wine Vinegar 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to the boxed instructions
  • While the pasta is cooking chop up all of the vegetables
  • Place the chopped veggies in a large bowl
  • When the pasta is done cooking, drain, and allow it to cool completely
  • Once the pasta is cool, add it to the bowl
  • Add the greek yogurt, vinegar, mustard, and spices
  • Stir and combine
  • Serve and enjoy!
