Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Ziti noodles
  • 430 ml Marinara sauce
  • 50 grams Fat Free Mozzarella cheese
  • 28 grams 2% Mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup
  • 468 grams 99% lean ground turkey 1 package
  • 1 container Fat free ricotta cheese 421 grams
  • 20 grams Parmesan Cheese 4 tablespoons
  • 60 grams Liquid egg whites 4 tablespoons
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano, dried basil, garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • Cook 12 ounces of the pasta according to the boxed instructions; drain and set aside
  • Cook the ground turkey until browned; drain any liquid and set aside
  • While the turkey and the pasta are cooking combine the ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, spices, and egg whites
  • Add the ground turkey, marinara sauce and pasta in the cheese mixture, stir and combine
  • Spray a 9x12 rectangle baking dish and evenly add the pasta mixture into the dish and cover with aluminum foil
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Divide and serve!
  • This recipe yields 7 large servings!
