Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Spray and line a cupcake tin
Begin combining your dry ingredients in a bowl or a KitchenAid Mixer
The dry ingredients include: vanilla protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, oat flour, sf pudding powder mix
In a separate bowl combine the wet ingredients: applesauce, 0 calorie sweetener, liquid egg whites, fat free greek yogurt, cake batter extract, and cake batter (or vanilla) extract
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
Now sprinkle a small amount of sprinkles into the batter if you choose, and fold in with a rubber spatula
Divide the batter into the cupcake tins
Bake for 15 minutes
Take out and let cool
Top with frosting and enjoy
