Broccoli Cheddar Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 40 grams Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
  • 400 grams Broccoli weighed raw
  • 16 grams Crushes saltine crackers
  • 300 grams 2% Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 3 Light Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese Wedges
  • 559 grams Extra Lean Ground Turkey 1 package

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x13 pan with cooking spray
  • In a large pot steam your broccoli until it is tender.
  • While the broccoli is cooking, prepare the ground turkey until it is fully cooked.
  • When the broccoli is done, drain the water.
  • Place the pot of broccoli on low heat and add in the cottage cheese, and laughing cow wedges.
  • Stir, and allow the cheeses to melt.
  • Now add in the ground turkey and stir.
  • Using a rubber spatula spoon the mixture into the pan.
  • Top with crushed saltine crackers and cheddar cheese shreds.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
