Healthy French Onion Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 10oz can of Campbell's French Onion Soup
  • 145 grams small onion, chopped
  • 1 package of extra lean ground turkey 456 grams
  • 45 grams Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp Thyme
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x9 square baking dish
  • Spray a pan with cooking spray and saute the chopped onion. Once the onion is translucent make a well in the center and add in your ground turkey.
  • When the ground turkey is cooked all the way through, add the can of french onion soup and stir together.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into the baking dish, using a rubber spatula to scrape any remnants.
  • Top with the shredded cheese, you can be as generous as you want!
  • Bake for 20 minutes!
  • Divide into 5 servings and enjoy.
  • I paired mine with a warmed pita, and a side salad!
